Leather can mark and dry out over time so to help with this I recommend customers use a quality leather conditioner or leather balm to protect and polish their goods. With a little bit of love you can bring your leather goods back to life in no time. At Porta Leather I use Smiths Leather Balm and a soft cotton cloth.
