Are your goods really handcrafted in Australia?
Yes, everything sold at Porta Leather is handcrafted in my Maroota workshop on the outskirts of Sydney, NSW.
Where do you source your leather?
Porta Leather products are made using quality Australian and Italian leather.
How do I care for my Porta Leather goods?

How will my order be packaged?
All Porta Leather goods come wrapped in tissue paper and boxed in Porta Leather packaging and safely packaged for shipping.
How long after I place my order will my purchase be shipped?
Unless the product is stated as "Ready to Ship", on the product page, all goods are made to order. Lead times for made to order goods are as per the Shipping Page here.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the Australia Post website. Please note orders are dispatched according to the lead time for that product.
Do you ship internationally?
Porta Leather only ships within Australia.
Can I purchase spare parts from Porta Leather?
Some spare detachable straps can be purchased separately. Please contact Porta Leather here to discuss further.
Do you do repairs?
Porta Leather only offers repairs for our own products.
Will I receive a dust bag with my order?
Any Porta Leather handbag valued at over $300 will come with a complimentary dust bag at purchase.
Are your goods covered by a warranty and what does your warranty cover?
Porta Leather goods are handcrafted from quality leather. Leather is a natural material which can in time, fade, darken, stretch and mark with use.
Please keep in mind that each Porta Leather product is handcrafted so no two products will be exactly the same and each product will display varying characteristics which are not considered a fault.
Porta Leather provides a 12 month warranty that covers fault in workmanship or material. General wear and tear is not deemed as a fault and your warranty will only cover your item where there is workmanship or material fault. This will be determined on inspection of your goods at the Porta Leather workshop. Where I can, I will firstly attempt to repair your item before offering a replacement.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
