Shipping policy

At Porta Leather, I take pride in handcrafting each of my products in my workshop located in North West Sydney, NSW. Please note that all of my items have lead times and I value your patience and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Lead Times

- For all items other than those listed below please allow approximately 7 business days for crafting before dispatch.

- The following items require extra care and attention and have a 14 business day turnaround before dispatch: Essential Crossbody Bag, Elena Tote Bag, Georgia Tote Bag, Jenna Bag and Laptop and Tablet Sleeve (Large & Small sizes).

Shipping Details

Porta Leather goods are exclusively shipped within Australia, by Australia Post. Every Porta Leather shipment comes with tracking, and you'll receive tracking numbers via email upon dispatch.

Please be aware that once your item is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

 

Shipping Rates

Porta Leather offers flat-rate standard shipping at $13.95.

However, you may qualify for free delivery or pickup under specific circumstances:

  - FREE local delivery to Glenorie postcode 2157, calculated at checkout. An adult must be available to take collection of the delivery.

  - FREE local pickup available from a designated collection point in Maroota, NSW. Collection is strictly by appointment only and exclusive to Maroota, NSW. Please select this option at checkout. If Maroota pickup isn't feasible for you, the standard delivery rate will apply as per the above shipping rates before your order can be dispatched via AusPost.
